Harvester Description

A very nitpicky thing to complain about but the description of the Harvester has a few typos.

It says "Economy unit; move to a Generator to increase its base income by 15 Multiple Harvesters can enhance a region" while it should say

           "Economy unit; move to a Generator to increase it's base income by 15%. Multiple Harvesters can enhance a region"

It's not really a big deal at all, it'd just make the description a bit nicer to read.

There's a few units such as the Harvester which had errors in their tooltips which should be fixed in 2.2

The reason why, the way tooltips are implemented it needs to be entered in as "15%%" because just % has a certain use in the programming.

Thanks for bringing it up though.
