Crashing on new opt in

About 50% of the time Escalation crashes on startup with the new opt in, in DX12 with the -modding launch option. I have all files closed while starting and have been using this launch option all the time so it's something got to do with the new patch.

Seems to be crashing with and without. Sometimes I can go 2 times in a row without crashing or 5 crashing. It's only at this since the opt in so I doubt it's anything with my computer.

Edit: Looks like it's ok now, after 6 crashes in a row it's sorted itself out for now, very strange though.

Unfortunately it's still at it. It seems completely random if it crashes on startup or not, sometimes it's fine other times multiple crashes in a row, I can't think of any variables either. It could crash and next startup nothing wrong at all.

It was crashing the night the update came out and it would have been clean then. The day after then it was 50/50 if it'd work, alright for a while and then started crashing again. The last few hours I was making the mods it was fine then, it seems totally random.

I doubt it's a result of anything I've done with the files, they worked fine before the update and now there's greater support for them. If I'm playing today I'll see how it goes, it was more apparent while I was modding because I would be restarting a lot though.

I suddenly get lots of crashes with the release version (not the beta) since yesterday, mostly during the loading screen after launching the game but also quite some in-game. The only thing that has changed on my system was a big Windows 10 update about two days ago. I verified the files several times, 1 fails and has to be reaquired after every crash.

I have not been able to reproduce the crash, even post Win10 update and AMD crimson update. Release, and opt-in. -moding and without.

The problem was my SSD, since I moved the game to my hard drive I've had no issues.
