I'm so glad you made this game!

I just wanted to say thanks for making Offworld.  I struggle to find games i enjoy these days, having played a few too many as a teenager, but Offworld has really hit the mark for me.  I used to play Deadlock: Planetary Conquest, which was similar but a bit too 'the same every game'.  Offworld has taken that resource management, combined it with business, made it quicker, and most importantly every game is so different because of the resource price fluctuation.  You've absolutely hit the mark!

Not sure I can say the same as OP.

 

Those dang daily challenges have cost me a LOT of sleep lately and I am personally holding YOU responsible.  ;)

 

I don't imagine you had much of a role in civ world... but there was a core of us absolutely addicted to it, resulting in many divorces and unhappy spouses.

While OTC doesn't have the obligation to team that made CivWorld compulsory at times, the periodic competitions to test yourself against everyone else in the space with everyone starting on equal footing has folks missing that dang caravan challenge to this day.
