The game does not want to run, maybe after new patches

I did not start the game about an year. Now, when I try to do it, I can only see the first splash. I completely deleted the game and reinstall it. No luck... I try russian and english.
Process of the game is fully occupies one CPU core, 25 MB of RAM and do nothing with AppHangB1 problem. 
Win7x64sp1, i7-2600, 16 gb ram, gf 1070 (378.66 driver)

And if i go to support and tickets system

I automatically logout from here and cant login there.

You need to create a new login for the support site. It is not the same as your Stardock account.

Wow. Wonder if maybe I have just never actually used that system. I'm sure I have emailed in for support in the past. (but not in years)
