Governors and Auto-Upgrade Options

Stardock, can you please add an easy way to tell which planets have active governors?

Also, would it be possible to have an option to make it default to not auto-upgrading, etc? I always have to turn it off when I first settle a planet and sometimes I forget.

I agree I've mentioned several times that the game needs planetary, and global settings for governor's, even before the alpha version of this game.
