Is there a deathmatch type of game available where all species have their initial technologies?
Looking for a special mod or perhaps to create a special mod.

Just wondering, is there a mod out there that allows all species to unlock all of their technologies except the ideology ones?
I know that "Unlock" in console mode allows you to unlock, but I want a game where everyone starts with everything unlocked.
