Sick and tired of all the cheating

of all the methods of cheating, i highly doubt someone would cheat by making an ornital not kill factories... either u were mistaken or a bug

Heavily buffed factories can survive a nuke. Once we get replays it will be easier to track down this sort of thing though.

I was your ally in a game and your thought the other side were cheating. You were mostly against Creature of Existance I believe and I really can't see him cheating at all. What he does do is put more quanta into upgrades than anyone else so his stuff is really tough.

Anyway, as I say, once we get replays people can show what they mean if they suspect cheating. There was a cheater a number of months back in base Ashes, (he was able to get a lot more units than possible), so it is something devs have to be vigilant against of course. 

There always will be cheaters in every type of game. I'm 100% sure there are people in ashes who either are cheating or at least trying to. I'm sure "that guy" wasn't the last of them...

But yeah that being said we should be careful of what we think is cheating and what could be either a bug or misunderstanding of the game..

At this moment the cheating is fix.

On ashes you could easy cheat not only change the files like use trainers.

Now if you change the files you cant join multiplayer because the files arent syncro with the server and if the game detect something was change that wasnt supose to wont let you.

But i dont know if the trainers can work because if i want i can use trainers in multiplayer, the replays are indeed wellcome.

im not sure how it works but what about packet interception? or as u said trainers.. they could still be in effect

if the largest game companies have cheaters, then we can be sure the smaller game companies will also have cheaters. the security on the larger games is much better yet even their measures are passed...

Actually, it's the larger games that have the most cheats.  No one bothers to make hacks for the nobody game that nobody knows about, because nobody is playing.

Niche games with small multiplayer communities can often stay cheat free entirely, just because there wasn't any real motivation to make them to be a big fish in a really small pond.  The vast majority of cheaters aren't doing their own hacking, just using someone else's work.  It's a pretty small pool to pull from once you rule out the easy stuff like altering a stats file.

I can't see many people cheating. But, from what you said.

what u say makes sense, and im sure the larger games attract more attention from people making cheats, but just like the arb game is cracked and released DRM free, just as the AAA games are, so too are the lesser games hacked.. since although it might be rare for someone to hack them, its much easier, since there should be less security protocols in place.. like no punkbuster..

anyway.. for the unbeliever.. just google ashes of the singularity cheats.. since im not sure if ill be banned for posting links to cheats here
