Paid for i year subscription won't let me download software page says expired?

Been a loyal customer for over 15 years bought a lot of software and promoted them on numerous sites.

Don't say no more as you are upset at this time. Sit back relax and send information to support. They may be off all week and not return till next Tuesday, I'm not sure. They will answer you whenever it is they return. Don't run out because there is a small glitch along the way. Smile

So, let me try to understand. You paid good money, but you're unwilling to fill out the e-ticket at the link I provided you?

While I understand how you might feel frustrated, I don't understand why you wouldn't fill out the ticket, which doesn't cost you a cent...yet you post this and reply.

I'm sorry, but I just don't understand that approach, as it won't get you what you clearly want.

Have a cup of coffee, take a deep breath and fill out the ticket. They'll be back on 1/2/17 and shortly thereafter will do their best to help you.

I will wait and see in the past this company HAS treated me fairly after all I have been a customer for 15 years

Fear not, everyone has them...;)

Stardock's currently on their Xmas break so please be patient.  Things will get sorted.  Sometimes there can be a delay in processing via Credit Card.  [it's a security process to protect the customer].

A WinCustomize subscription is different than an ObjectDesktop subscription. Or any other "software" subscription.

 

A WC sub should remove a downloads cap on SKINS.  But it will have no effect on SOFTWARE.

 

Pardon me if I have the issue confused.  It reads, to me, as if you can't download your software.
