Fix for Slow Loading Mods

I've been spending a lot of time testing various mods and noticed the load times can be quite long. Most of the slowdown is during mesh loading. If you convert meshes back to binary instead of text each mod will load substantially faster.

I thought that was already known good practice, but hey, nice to get a PSA from a Dev!

Hopefully you aren't shaking your head at too many other things we've done.  ;)
