How do I unlock Fences?

Using Windows 10, Fences 3.0.3.

 

I recently locked my Fences, but now I cannot see an option to unlock them. I have tried Right Clicking on the Desktop and looking under View, I have also opened the options panel and cannot see anywhere to do it their either,

  1. Right click on an empty part of the desktop
  2. Select View
  3. Uncheck "Lock Fences"

"Lock Fences" is not listed under the view menu.

What should my next steps be?

Interesting.

When Fences is running correctly, the top item when you right-click the desktop should be either "Enable Fences" or "Configure Fences" and you have neither.
