Icon issue with fences

I just installed fences on my W8.1 laptop and I created the fences that I want but some icon don't need to be in a fence. But all the icons that are not in a fence get pushed to the left side and I cannot move them. When I move the icons it will move back again to the left side. I have tried to make and delete a fence with the icon in it but it still moves back to the left side.

Does anyone else has this issue and or knows how to fix/workaround it?

What you describe in your video is a windows function, not a Fences one.

  1. Right click on empty desktop
  2. Select View
  3. Uncheck "Auto arrange icons"
