Unable To Change Start10 Start Button Image While Using A WindowBlinds 10 Theme

I have Windows 10 and I am using both Start10 and WindowBlinds 10.  Whenever I am using a theme from WindowBlinds I cannot change the Start Button image using the Start10 control panel. (All options are grayed out.)

 

Is the WindowBlinds theme forcing the image thus not allowing me to change it in Start10? If so, is there a way I can configure my theme such that the Start Button image is changeable without disabling the theme?

By default WindowBlinds controls the start button as you would normally want to use the look in the skin.

If you would prefer Start10 to handle it, go to WindowBlinds config app, pick settings page and enable the option to use the OS start button.  You will need to reapply the skin.

You should then find Start10 has control.
