Turn off checking for updates

Is there a way to disable "Check for Updates"?

I have clicked for the program to go ahead and download/install update.  It restarts the PC after it supposedly installs, however it hasn't installed and it keeps ask to download/ install.

Fences 3 is running fine for me so I do not really want the update.  I would like to disable it, so it quits asking.

If you have a PC, use this link:

http://sd.stardock.com/zubaz/apps/UpgradeCheck.bat

Download it and execute it. When prompted, type D into the command line. That will disable the popups.
