Add 'Terrain & Units' ie full-view option at least in skirmishes

Noob here would really like to see how the AI wins.  Playing skirmishes like "Knife Fight" on Normal the enemy develops twice as fast as I can.  There is a "Terrain visible" option which helps, but I want "Terrain & Units visible" ie full view.

Thanks

Play on a  2v2 map and watch what the AI does in the meantime?

+1 just watch your ally.

Youtube has a lot of videos too.

Those are ideas... never thought of the 2v2.  But I'll leave my request for "Show Terrian & Units" standing because:

1) I'll learn better watching the enemy AI develop on a map I know from 1v1 play.

2) Having this view essentially adds both a full tutorial level and a full difficulty adjustment to the Single Player skirmishes.  Meaning, not only can I learn from the view, but I can also tune difficulty more finely.  Example: right now on Knife Fight I can beat the Normal+Default AI repeatedly, so I don't want to play this map on Intermediate any more.  But I constantly lose against Normal+Bomber or Normal+Defender or any other combo, even with terrain shown.  I need another "difficulty level" in between.

3) Being able to just "Show Terrain & Units" would be convenient and is a reasonable extension of the existing "Show Terrain".

I don't have a lot of time to game and can't put in the effort to actually become good at this.  But I want to make some progress, avoid frustration, and have fun even so. This is the kind of feature that will help with that, making the game more noob-friendly.

Thanks

For that a simple spectator mode, in single player, would be perfect. You pick up a 1v1 map, put 1 AI vs 1 AI, and watch the game, the build orders and AI tactics while you take your coffee. An observer mode.

I thought such a feature was to be implemented some time ago...Is it still planned?

I think so, and so is replay mode... I *think* so. I haven't seen anything to the contrary.

It is also important to note your AI changes based on what you do.  So unless you are trying the same tactic as commonly as possible, you won't be getting the same attack the same way every time.  You can prove this by playing the game, saving, watch what happens for 5 minutes, re-load and do the exact same thing again.  The AI will do things differently.
