Different Strategic Icons For Tapped Resources

Stop me from accidentally making superfluous starbases?

It would be great if a tapped resource had a slightly different strategic icon, so you can tell which ones are tapped when you are zoomed out on the map. Otherwise you have to constantly remember to scroll in and visually check the graphics, or hope that the little 'manufacturing pipeline' lines are clear enough to see (they usually aren't on my computer).

You should be able to mouse over them and it will tell you if they are being mined. - though it would be nice to see the Faction icon on that popup.

Accroding to Steam I've got 866 hours on GalCiv3, and I've never noticed that. Thank you... 

Still, different icons would be nice... maybe hard to do. Maybe the icon could be greyed out or changed to the race's color (assuming it isn't the same as the resource color).
