Change Internet Link Icon size on Tiles panel

How do I change the size of internet links icons I dragged on Tiles? I played with the Skin Editor but couldn't figure it out. I want to make them smaller so that I can fit more of them.

Or maybe it's not the icon size but the size (height) of the whole line element, I don't know...

I may not have enough context to answer your question.  More of the desktop might help.

What style are you using and also, what size?
