Trashcan dissapears when enabling fences

Hello, my Windows 10 Pro was updated to build 14393.321 now whenever I enable Fences, the fences create without issues, but ONLY the trashcan disappears. I have uninstalled, restarted, ensured all desktop them icons are enabled, re-installed, and restarted but for some reason only the trashcan disappears after enabling Fences. No other desktop theme icons disappear. I'm I missing to enable/disable a setting somewhere? Thanks for the help.
