Well. First, please post some details about which OS you're using.

First you say you're having trouble re-installing these two programs (which, by the way?). Then you're saying you're being asked to restart your computer for the uninstall to complete. So, obviously you had the programs installed, and then you un-installed them, and apparently can't re-install them.

I'm not sure why you're seeing the repetitive message unless something went wrong in the uninstall process. 

DaveBax's suggestion was a good one because the source of your problem (and the chronology) aren't clear...

There is a utility called the "stardock zapper", and it might work in your current situation.

Save it to your desktop, open it and choose which Stardock programs you wish to eliminate.
