Startup Screen Locks

Probably this has been reported but when I first started up Ashes the opening screen locks and my mouse is unusable. There are a couple of solutions.

Starting up using "Launch DirectX 12 Version (Windows 10 Only)"  instead of "Play Game..." solves the problem. When clicking on "Play Game..." I was able to get past the opening screen by doing a Control+Alt+Delete and going into Task Manager and attempting to stop gameoverlayui.exe. It restarts immediately but my mouse could now work and I could shut down the opening message screen which was causing the problem.

Get rid of the opening message screen would fix the issue period.

Almost requested a refund from Steam. I have a dim view of games that break immediately.
