Makes Treaties and Alliances two way.

Changes:

  • Alliance and Treaty pacts are now 2 way.
  • Research Treaty reduced to 15% Bonus this is to make Research Alliances beneficial.
  • Added a minimum turns since meeting value to research treaties.
  • Culture Treaty reduced to 15% Bonus this is to make Cultural Alliances beneficial.
  • Instance Limit of 4 on Treaty's.
  • Instance Limit of 3 on Alliances.
  • Changed Alliance text to better reflect what it does.
  • Changed Culture, Military and Research Alliances text to better reflect what they do.

Tried again. The file name that I am getting is (UCP_1.18.rar) once extracted, I get a GFX folder with the STGradientMap and STGradientMapLights.

PureVenom, you didn't get the whole thing.  The whole file is 382,569 KB.  Took a while to download for me.  There's a mods folder with 13 mods in it, including the two way treaties mod.

SOmeone else reported a similar issue with winrar, they used 7-zip in the end and it reconised all files. (No idea what causes it)

Update: Sorry... I didn't see the text files that were included... doh...

I downloaded these Mods but have no idea what they all do. Do you have documentation somewhere?

I used 7-zip. I'll try again using a different program.

Hi Horemvore,

I installed all your Mods and enjoy them tremendously. Thank you! What a great improvement in some ways. (I really like the "values" as opposed to the "dashes" in the Diplo tooltips.)

I didn't install the two-way treaty Mod because I wasn't sure how it would affect this: Maybe I'm being stupid here, but how does a 3-Alliance limit affect the Diplomatic Victory?

I did not add an instance limit to "Alliance". Only added instance limit to treaties and alliances that give a bonus.
