Asking new Classic Aero 7 for Win 10

In Windows 10.0.10586.494 (Win 10 TH2) HAL 10.0.10586.420

I am using the trial WindowBlinds_10.0.7_beta and have some remarks:

 

-          Some classic 7 skins for W10 had transparency, but you could not

-          make it less opaque, so the desktop items stayed to much visible.

 

I tried some textures, but it did not help, transparency sliders gave no result.

 

I’am asking you:

-          Please make a new Windows 7 aero style skin for Windows 10

-          and please add function of blurring the transparent background.

I believe that "aero blur" is not supported on windows 8-10, unfortunately. On window frames, that is. Taskbar and startpanel seem blurred using the Diamond skin that comes pre installed.
