I recently uploaded a wallpaper Bluescape_4K UHD, not showing anywhere.. Can someone help, thanks..

It's showing in the gallery.

Sometimes skins get put in moderation even with higher access levels. You can either ping a moderator or wait until someone pushes it through in the queue.
