Help i can't play multiplayer!!

I go to ICO Login (Ironclad Online) option, then i write my username and password... then shows a window that says "Disconnected from Ironclad Online".

Please send me a decent solution, i tried to search, found solutions, but those didn't worked for me :(

What versions of Sins do you have? Make sure you're version of the game is fully up to date for your game/expansion.

u ever find a fix? I have a problem where I am the only player online. even though I know more are online it never finds them.
