Difficult to upgrade tier 3's

Just putting this out there, could we have a separate ui button on screen which gives us the dreads upgrade options ? Maybe on the left near the engliner ideal button.  When you have a stack of dreads all occupying the same space and when in battle it's really difficult to click on the dread that needs upgrading.  Just a little fine tuning needed here. 

Ususlly you just need to click the upgrade and crack on with other things, a separate ui prompt with out needing to find the unit would Streamline things.

It is quite a bother finding the dreadnought that raised a level the selecting then upgrading.

I would even go a step further and even suggest using a side pannel with each dreadnought's icon and health/shield indications + indication wheter it is in combat(taking damage) or not. Would like it small & customizeable.

Or maybe we could just ask the devs to fix collision detection between units so that dreds don't overlap...

In the meantime you can can assign the stack to a control group, once opened in the empire tree you can select a dread with an upgrade there.

I have to say even putting them in a control group you may have 10 dreads screaming to be upgraded in battle and clicking on them individually even from the panel is a pain.  What would be cool is if we could somehow hold shift, hit a dread that needs to be upgraded and once you upgrade it just goes to the next dread in the control group.  That way you could upgrade ten dreads in 5 seconds.  Thanks for listening.

It would be nice if we had a specific panel for them.

I know I brought wz2100 a lot as example but the affinities are clear and they might help.

In the picture below, you can see the commander screen, while in the bottom left corner the star icon basically brings you the list of commanders, which is in the bottom part. Clicking on any of them will select the corresponding army:
