pressed ctrl+esc = blank screen?

So.. I just bought the game on steam a few days ago, it was 50% so couldn't pass it up.

Playing through the tutorial and I accidentally pressed Control+ESC

Now my screen has gone blank, except for the mouse cursor.

The game is still running, as I can hear its music and sound effects and the AI telling me that I "need more logistics" - which, I cant do, with a blank screen! lol

I tried pressing control+esc again thinking it might reset it, but that didnt work...

so then I tried to google the problem and got nothing...

Hoping someone can help me with this!

Ok I figured it out...

I had to Control Alt Delete to open the task manager, which minimized the game, and then when I maximized the game back, the blank screen was reset.
