Disabled Features in Multiplayer

I was just wondering if there is any kind of plan to re-enable the larger map sizes and mega events in multiplayer? Is there any kind of version or date set?

Would be fun to have those as an option.

In addition to that I would like better DLC management in Multiplayer games. I usually have to disable at least Mercenaries and Precursor DLC from Steam to able to host a new multiplayer game. Would be a superb QoL feature to just manage it ingame.
