How do I check on the status of my tickets?

I have submitted several tickets over the last few weeks, since purchasing AccousticBridge and not heard back from support on any of these days and weeks old tickets. Submitting a ticket says check on it by logging into the helpdesk. https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php? does not recognize my email and password which worked OK to purchase, OK, to update account settings, OK to post to forum, but NOT-OK on helpdesk.
