I wondering I think your company become cheating, YOU dont make updates for old fenses 2 but prefer creat Fenses 3 , and show off everybody thats its new product and ask pay again ? I am sorry but its cheating .........

And decide whether the dev costs justify that additional $5...yes, because having Fences 2, you get a discount.
Or even just get the full thing for free if you recently bought it.
I actually bought fences quite a while ago, fully knowing that something like this would happen.

I don't usually defend companies doing this kind of thing, but you show lack of any sort of knowledge about this topic and rather than contacting support, you went to the forum to sling around complaints like its going to get you anywhere.
You should also pay attention to the spellchecker the next time you post, it really makes a big difference.
Major new releases are always a paid upgrade.
If you purchased Fences 2 in the last 90 days you get a free upgrade to Fences 3.
If you are a current Fences 2 customer, you can upgrade to Fences 3 for just $4.99.
