can't log in - forgotten password; password reminder doesn't work

I have account registered to [removed] I don't remember password for it, so I tried standard procedure - "password reminder". I tried many times, but I didn't receive any email. I sent an email to [email protected] - no reply either. I also submitted support ticket (#AIU-322-67300) - no reply as well. Could someone help me, and send resetting email to [removed] please (and let me know it was really done).

PS. I know what is "SPAM" folder, and I have checked its contents many times - so it is not the answer to my problem.

Stardock Sales and Support are open Monday - Friday (9am-4pm EST). Every effort is made to respond to queries as quickly as possible, though emails sent after-hours and on weekends will generally not be seen until the following work day.

As this is Sunday, support are closed.

Support requests are answered on a first come - first served basis.
Do not send another request until hearing back from a support tech otherwise your position in the queue will be reset.

Thank you for quick response. The support ticket is already over 2 weeks old, if it is still pending then it is fine. I am rather afraid of a situation that for certain reason any emails from Stardock can't reach my account - in such a case I wouldn't even know that some answer to my questions was sent.

You should have received a response long before now. I hope the email you checked (and the spam folder) were the email linked to your account. When was the last time you were here? What was your nickname?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Your ticket was replied to but, for likely the same reason as your password reset, it appears you did not get it. 

We can only make sure eMails are sent (they were).  If you are not receiving them, You would have to research why (blocked) or try a different email (domain) I am afraid.

To the support staff: I am not able to submit a support ticket. It says either my email address or password is incorrect. They are both correct since I can log on to my account and order programs or review my account. Are there other credentials I don't know about?  Thanks Joe

The support login is not the same as your account. Y
