Graphical artifacts with R9 390x

I see graphical artifacts like that and sometimes the game close after the artifacts appear.

Video in Youtube:

If a developer could clearly tell me if that is a programming problem or a hardware defect. I would be pleased to know that in oder to send the card back or not.

(Cards and PCI-Express ist not overclocked, tried different amd drivers -> problem still exists, tried different graphical settings ->problems exists)

Thank u for helping me.

Just what artifacts are you talking about?

You mean the dots on the explosions, or is it something else?

Does it do that in DX11 as well?

Yes the dots on the explosions. If I zoom more in the dots appear more. In the first explosion of the quantum relais you also see a black flickering (seems to be the same effect). The framerate also drops down massively during the effect of the dots for a few 100 milliseconds even visible on the low frames/s video. Using DX11 instead of DX12 shows the artifacts as well.

Run furmark, and see if you have corruption, if you do, then you need to RMA the video card.

In Furmark I do not see any artifacts.

I'm pretty sure it is the game or drivers and not your hardware, I have seen it in other videos including the Devs Twitch videos.

Do you have something similar with nvidia cards? If not I send the card back.

do not Change the Radeon against a Geforce if you want to Play Ashes for a longer time :)
The Geforce are at the most dx11 games faster but the Radeon have around 20% more power in Ashes because they can handle better with asynchronous computing than nvidia. And this is a lot if you Play a game with thousands of Units on the Screen! Stay by ATI when you want to Play ashes.
