Win 8.1 + WB 8.13 + Thunderbird 45

I just upgraded to Thunderbird 45, running Windows 8.1 and WindowBlinds 8.13. Even if WindowBlinds is set to ignore Thunderbird, the titlebar in Thunderbird does not show the minimize, restore, and close buttons at the top right corner when the window is maximized. When the window is not maximized, you can get the buttons by double clicking the title bar but the buttons overlap the calendar and tasks button. Anyone else seeing this?

Exactly why I am staying with Thunderbird 28, anything above that gets screwed up. Mozilla products always seem to have issues with Windowblinds. :'(
