Object Desktop License Key Returns Invalid

Hi, after using so little of the Object Desktop products for which I renewed my license this past December, I am not being allowed to use my Object Desktop License Key to activate Windowblinds 10 on my new Laptop.

I currently don't have Windowblinds installed on ANY computer I own and thought I would give it a try.  Same old same old, activation doesn't work.  What else won't work?

Am I allowed to have any of the software for which I have paid for in my annual subscription working?  Why is the activation key that you have assigned me failing to work?

Having the same type issue here trying to activate SKS10 and WB10 on Windows 8.1, I sent in a support request, but probably won't hear anything until next week.The license worked on Windows 7 and 10 earlier, but won't work on 8.1, weird.

New Info when attempting to activate WB 10 with my Stardock Account it returns that Windowblinds is not associated with my account.

I renewed this past December and waited for WB 10.  Now Stardock says I can not have what I paid for (through their dysfunctional activation process).  Why did I pay $50 in December of 2015 to you?   And now that it is April 2016 and after almost 10 years with you guys of continuous annual renewals from me... I get this.

What else is broken and disabled for my use by you guys?

I have been a continuous Object Desktop annual subscriber since 2006.  I'm beginning to re-think that.  Unacceptable Stardock.
