How many downloads do I get?

A big draw on buying this game was the claim once it's paid for, I can download it when I wish. After a hardware crash, and windows 10 error, I already redownloaded twice. I just uninstalled it due to the game malfunction (ship designer decided not to appear, components would show up in left hand side but main screen was always blank). But when I go to my Stardock download screen, all it shows is Galciv1 & 2, the option for 3 is gone. Does that mean I have no choice but to rebuy it?

I've installed it quite a few times over the last couple of years.  Never seen a limitation.

Stardock download screen?  You're downloading it through Steam, right?

Not exactly sure what Stardock screen you're referring to.

If you own GalCiv 3 it is more than likely the Steam version unless you purchased directly from GOG.

You should be able to re-download as many time as you need to through steam.
