Game Frozen on Ranked Match

Just played a ranked match on the 8th of April and my game froze with "Please wait match has been found in the middle". I could see everything, chat with the other player, but couldn't interact with my screen at all. Escape menu was totally blocked by the screen that is displayed prior to a match.

As you can tell in the second image the game has progressed quite a bit, and I ended up taking the loss. Even at the end of the match I still couldn't leave and had to forcefully shut the game down. This is the first time it has happened and I am going to try to see if I ever get the same results. Post if this has happened to you too and if you know if it might be something you or I did to cause this.

I had that same issue not too long ago. I was streaming at the time otherwise I would of posted a video showing it. Couldn't surrender, click on Nexus, or do anything. Alt+f4 was my only salvation.

I'd first check the troubleshooting guide and then submit a ticket if you are still having an issue.
