Can't click on dock at times

I've tried changing reserve edge and autohide both off, both on, 1 on/off with no change. Sometimes I just can't get the dock to come out, it just shows the names and hovering over any won't bring out the dock at all.

 

I do use Rainmeter, Dexpot and Displayfusion PRo but haven't had this problem using these for months, it's a recent issue. Rightclicking dock does nothing, it acts like it's click through and double clicking is like clicking the desktop at that point. I've also tried setting Always On Top and all said options it still occurs. Rebooting seems to fix it, starting in admin mode doesn't help.

 

I'm on Windows 7x64, I haven't tried running compat mode yet.

Try uninstalling OD and use CCleaner to take out any left over files, reboot then reinstall OD. Most times a reboot isn't necessary but some files might have been skewed for whatever reason. Hope this helps.
