Can´t open the game

I just bought ashes in steam, and when i tried to open, it simply closed, no error displayed.

My pc: win 7, gtx 780, i5-4690 and 8gb ram.

Does someone have the same error? What is the solution?

edit: i only try the dx11, tried to delete the setting.ini and verify the game cache in steam.

Sorry you are having an issue. Could you please check the troubleshooting guide for common solutions?

Just returning here to say that the games works now.

The problem was my win7 wasn´t in SP1.

I downloaded the win 7 sp1, it is a DVD ISO, you can use DAEMON TOOLS for that. It is in the microsoft website.

This way, the dx11 is updated to x64 and the games runs smoothly.
