So, every few minutes, for some reason my camera starts to scroll in one direction (e.g., all the way to the top, or to the left, etc.). I can click back to the center of the map, but it scrolls right back to the side. I can't get it to stop scrolling and this makes the game unplayable.
Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?
Playing on Windows 10, DX12, i7-5930K, dual 980 GTX cards (but only one is recognized by the game)
Try pressing and releasing the arrow key matching the direction of the scroll. Not sure why it is happening but that is often a workaround for seemingly stuck keys.
I had the same problem and it was driving me mad. Disconnecting an extra joystick and gamepad I had lying around fixed the problem for me. For now..

Clicking on the minimap got rid of it for me but it occurred 10-15 times throughout the game. I'm not sure if it's because I am in borderless window mode but it seemed to have started when i migrated to borderless window to solve an issue i have with fullscreen mode.
Edit: Ignore my issue is it stops scrolling and I have to click the minimap to get it scrolling again which is a separate issue from the OP.
