Incompatibility

Hello everyone, I'm french so my english is far away to be accurate, pardon me in advance.

My problem is that when I want to open FE LH, Steam tell me that isn't possible to starts the game and the error is "unknow'". When I try to open the game into my Programmes Files, windows tell me that is the "configuration côte-a-côte" which is not correct.

In the end, I don't have an inch of FE LH in my Games files... I have already try every steam's method.. Need help.

Only suggestion I have is:

left click on the name of the game -> dropdown box, choose "properities" (proprites?)

-> local files

-> verify integrity of game cache

Same problem, Validated 2x already, re-downloaded the whole game still would not start on steam saying "unknown error"
