Children of Storm still incompatible with Leader pack DLC?

On the download page for the Children of Storm mod it says it's not compatible with the Leader pack DLC. Is that still the case? Or does it work with it now?
(edit - i see there's an option to delete the existing sovereigns that you don't have to do - is that all it means? will it work fine?)
