start menu looks like windows 10 instead of windowblinds skin

Hi all ive just installed windowblinds 10 on a windows 10 computer,my problem is with the start menu.I install a skin and it looks right until i press the start button and i still  see the windows 10 tiled start menu instead of seeing the skins start menu. What am i doing wrong.Ive waited ages for windowblinds 10 to test it on a win 10 computer but my start menu does not look like the screen shots on the latest skins.I do not want to install windowblinds 10 and win 10 on my main computer until i have solved this.Come on peeps what am i doing wrong do i need to install start 10 first then try to skin that or what,is it a setting please help what am i doing wrong

Start10 is needed to skin the start menu to fit the WindowBlinds skin. Go to Stardock.com and sign in, the go to My Downloads page and download Start10. After you install it you'll need to reboot. Hope this helps.

do i need to install start 10 first then try to skin that or what

Do what "Uvah" says above.

After you install Start10 the start menu will skin matching the Windowblind you are using. You won't have to skin anything.

If you purchased Windowblind as a stand alone program and not an Object Desktop member you will have to purchase Start10 as a stand alone program. Well worth the few dollars it cost.

You can get that here
