Failed to start matchmaking

The rank does not display when in ranked and cannot start matchmaking. Reloaded the game a couple of times, same issue. In the last two days I had this error. I can join custom matches though

Common issue.  Along with multiplayer games lagging out.

it is something that I am missing? other players can play ranked without problems. I still have no rank and fail to matcha in ranked. Can only play in custom

Can at least someone be looking into this? game is nearly unplayable. I've reinstalled the game for no avail. I can only play custom matches and still no rank info. I am dissapointed . really

Sorry you are having so much trouble. The lack of rank display and matchmaking indicates you're having a problem connecting to our multiplayer services. Please go to Start -> Command Prompt and run:

nslookup ashes-api-tachyon.stardock.net

Verify you are allowing Ashes through your Windows firewall or any other app firewall software.

Let us know your results along with your Steam name in a Support ticket.

I have submitted a ticket twice cause the first time i got the email wrong. Ticket ID #OJQ-493-79533 and  [#ZWS-973-11713]:

The real problem is that if someone is looking in rankings if they click on me all games since 24 march do not exist, even though I play daily custom maps

a similar problem was due to the server updates during maintenance.
