[1.7] Starting Ship List

When checking your shipyard for the first time just after starting the game, it states I have 4 specialty ships available, however, only three are pictured, when I collapse it, the indicator shows 4 ships 1 new, when I expand it, still only 3 ships listed. It appears to be reflecting a ship that isn't available to me yet.
