found manual update to sins of a solar empire rebellion 1.82 but have no idea how to install it ay help would be greatly appreciated

so i downloaded a torrent of sins of a solar empire and install star trek armarda 3 WITHOUT STEAM and ive just found the update !.82 because armada 3 kept crashing when i lauched it any help on how to install the patch would be mint
