Coming from Total Annihilation? Ashes is very different in many respects but some of the units have some similarities.
| PHC | Arm | Purpose |
| Brute | Flash | A tough little unit that shoots out plasma bolts |
| Artemsis | Luger | Mid-range artillery unit |
| Cronus | Merl | Long-range artillery unit |
| Zeus | Panther | Zeus is designed to take out swaths of units, it’s..kind of similar to the Panther though the Panther was lightly armored. |
| Archer | Samson | Inexpensive ranged rocket unit. |
| Nemesis | Penetrator | Slow moving, slow firing sniper style unit. |
| Medic | Constructor | Not quite the same but can provide healing |
| Hermes | Jeffy | Fast scout unit |
| Apollo | Phalanx | Anti-air |
| Hyperion | Krogoth | Area dominator |
| Prometheus | Krogoth | Capital ship killer |
Not a perfect list but hopefully enough to get you started.
