dx11 says its running in my task manager but never starts and dx12 starts and immediately crashes that of which neither have an icon on my taskbar
I have a 4790k with a gtx 970 desktop where as it runs fine on my laptop which is 3 years old at this point any ideas?
What OS/Graphics drivers are you using?

I'm using windows 10 fresh install
not to sure what u mean by graphics drivers cept I'm using the newest ones provided by GeForce experience
Try some of the various solutions in that guide, and if you still have an issue there's instructions on how to collect data and submit a support ticket so we can assist further.
