Failed to connect

Hello,

I have problems to initiate a ranked multiplayer game with the error failed to connect. It happens ~ 50% of the my attempts.

I also had problems by playing with friends in multiplayer occurring in closing the game without an error to the desktop. That does not happen in singleplayer or ranked multiplayer games.

I am not a native English speaker. If you can talk in German I will prefer that.

Maybe you have a solution.
