[Bug] After my second factory is destroyed, I can't bild a new Quantum Relay

[Bug report]

While playing with PHC (single player against Normal AI), I had 2 (or 3) factories built and one of them was destroyed. When I tried to build a new Quantum Relay (I already had one), the option was not available, stating that a Factory was needed. I built another factory to see if this would fix it, but the flag was not reset, so I was still unable to build another Relay. I had Metals/Radioactive full.

I'll try to replicate the bug to see if I can get more information.

Temporary workaround is to rebuild the destroyed factory in the same location (worked for me).

 

I have not tried to see if this is triggered when the first factory you built is destroyed or if anything else triggers it.
