Need help- What causes a 0% after a speech when I have all thumbs up?

I am sure there is a reason for it, just not sure what it is.  Thanks for any help you can offer because if I cant figure it out I will have to stop playing. Just cant continue to get 0% with no ideal why. Very frustrating.

The number are seeing is the change in your polling numbers which are in turn based (in part) in the change in your candidate's awareness in the state.  If it is at 100%, there's no change so in the display.  Hope this helps!

Poll numbers should still change even after the candidates reach maximum awareness-just not as often as before. There should be a game mechanism or special random event of "Craft a make or break speech." More realistic.
