[Bug] Dreadnought Upgrade Description Bugs

When I was able to upgrade a dreadnought, I saw an error in the text for two of the choices.

I searched for the file containing this information and found it is text.csv. When I looked thru the section with the text in the pictures, I found 4 other cases that had Long Recharge and looked like they could also be bugged. I think it will be worth looking through all of them to see if others are also bugged.

I can confirm I've experienced the same thing. It would also help if half the icons weren't the same as well.
