Regular Multiplayer Meeting

I would like to set up a regular group of players who can get together 1-3 days a week for 2-3 hours to play a game and, continue that game as time goes on. Please comment on this post if interested and what times/days you would be available. Also what you would prefer 1, 2, or 3 days a week.
Criteria
Available 1-3 days a week to play. (Depending on who is interested and timing.)
Available 2-3 hours at one time. (Depending on what can be arranged with those interested.)
Rules
Gigantic Map
Very Slow Tech Rate (I am open to slow if others not interested in very slow.)
UP Frequent
2 vs 2 plus AI or 4 human vs AI
All core factions plus 2 custom factions based on players interested.
Must become Steam friends during the duration of the game.
All other galaxy options up to discussion.
I am available Sunday and Tuesday evenings 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM CST or Monday's and Wednesday's 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM CST
